When you purchase services from us, you will receive an email with a registration link, thanks to which you will create access.
If we don’t have an email from you, we will send you a registration link by SMS. The link is valid for 7 days.
After opening the link on the registration page, first select whether you already have access or will be setting up a new account.
Enter your email and create a secure alphanumeric password.
It is important that you have immediate access to the email, during registration we will send you a verification code there to make sure that the email is really yours.
After setting up the email, select the phone number to which we will send you an SMS with a verification code each time you log in.
You can choose any Czech mobile phone number. You can also set up an international mobile number to receive confirmation codes (we support dozens of international prefixes). To complete the registration, we will send you an SMS with a verification code.
Everything is done, you have just set up login to My Vodafone.
Remember your login details well and do not disclose them to anyone.
Go to My Vodafone on the web or open the My Vodafone app and select the option to Create an account.
Create a login account according to the instructions - fill in your email, password and set up a phone number to confirm login to self-service. The steps are almost the same as we describe above for the situation when you managed to use the registration link during its validity.
Once you complete the registration and log in to My Vodafone, click on the Account menu (red button with a silhouette of a person and your email) and select the Login via email settings item.
At this point, you still won’t see any active services in Self Care.
Select Connect an account in the What accounts I manage section and enter the phone number or internet or Vodafone TV number (starting with 8 or 9) from your customer account.
If you have more active services with us, choose any of them.
In some situations, we will need additional verification, in which case we will send you an SMS with a one-time confirmation code to the contact phone number from your connected customer account.
After successful connection, the next time you log in with your email and password, you will see all services from your customer account.
Log in to My Vodafone Self Care.
Use your email and password to log in.
Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of a character and your name) and select Login via email Settings.
In this section you will find all the details and options that apply to logging in via email.
Select the pencil icon next to the login email to change it.
On the next page, we will first ask you to enter the current password that you use to log in to My Vodafone. Then you enter a new email and complete the change by entering the verification code that we will send to the newly set email.
From time to time, we may send our commercial communications, such as newsletters and other offers, to the email you use to log in to My Vodafone. If you no longer want these news, you can cancel the sending of commercial communications from Vodafone using the link that you will find at the end of each email that contains commercial communication.
If you change your mind and are interested in news from Vodafone again, you can reset their subscription again.
