Can I use one email to log in to multiple customer accounts?

  • You can only make one brand new registration for email login under one email address.
  • If you want to use your email to log in to multiple customer accounts, follow the instructions later on this page.
  • You can also grant access to the My Vodafone to someone else (or, conversely, gain access yourself), either at the level of a specific service (for example, to view a specific phone number) or at the level of the payer (all services from one Billing). How do I set up admin access to multiple customer accounts?

  • In this tutorial, you will learn how you can enable single sign-on to multiple customer accounts if you know the administrator password for each of them.
  • The advantage is that you can see all services under one login, even if they are not in one customer account.
  • This may be useful, for example, if you have one private phone number (registered to your birth number) and one business phone number (as a self-employed person with an ID number). The procedure below will allow you to log into My Vodafone with one email and access information about both numbers.
  • If you have multiple customer accounts with us under your name and they are in the same name, you can also ask us to merge them.
First, activate email login for your first customer account.

Click here for activation instructions. If you have already enabled email login, you can proceed to the next step.

On the other hand, you must not have email login active for the second customer account. If you have already started using it, cancel it and return to logging in via the service number (payer) and numeric password.
Log in to the second customer account using the service number and numeric password and click Activate login via email in the Account (character silhouette) section.

Verify that you have the correct contact number and once confirmed, have an SMS sent to you with the My Vodafone login code.

Save the SMS for now, log out of the self-service (do not complete the activation) and log back in to your first customer account with your email and password.

Do not use any data or link from the SMS in this step, you will use it later.

Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of the character and your name) and select Access management.

On this page we will be interested in the section "You can access accounts".

Click on the Add account button under You can access accounts and enter the code from the SMS email login you just received on your phone.

Then just confirm and that's it - you've successfully accessed services from the other customer account.

How can I switch between customer accounts?

  • Switching between different customer accounts can be found in the My Vodafone Self Care in the Account menu (button with a silhouette of a character), where you will see the section "You can access accounts".
  • For your better orientation, you can name individual customer accounts in the Overview of accesses to My Vodafone.
