Can I use one email to log in to multiple customer accounts?

  • You can only make one brand new registration for email login under one email address.
  • If you want to use your email to log in to multiple customer accounts, follow the instructions later on this page.
  • You can also grant access to the My Vodafone to someone else (or, conversely, gain access yourself), either at the level of a specific service (for example, to view a specific phone number) at the level of the payer (all services from a single Billing), or at the highest administrator level. How do I set up admin access to multiple customer accounts?

  • The advantage is that you can see all services under one login, even if they are not in one customer account.
  • This may be useful, for example, if you have one private phone number (registered to your birth number) and one business phone number (as a self-employed person with an ID number). The procedure below will allow you to log into My Vodafone with one email and access information about both numbers.
First, activate email login for your first customer account.

Use your email and password to log in.

Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of a character and your name) and select Login via email settings.

In the section What accounts I manage, you will see all the accounts you currently have access to.

Click on the Connect an account button in the What accounts I manage section and enter the phone number / internet number or Vodafone TV number (starting with 8 or 9) / payer number from the customer account you want to connect under your email login.

If there are multiple active services on the connected customer account, choose any of them.

To complete the addition of the account, enter the one-time code that we will send you by SMS to the contact phone number at the connected customer account.
  • The customer account does not have a contact number or the contact number is incorrect - to set the correct contact number, call the Customer Care Line.
  • The customer account already has email login created - in that case, ask the owner to grant access for your email as well.
  • The customer account has the same contact number as the one you are already logged in to - in that case, we will directly connect your accounts and you will no longer have to enter the verification code.

How can I switch between customer accounts?

Switching between different customer accounts can be found in the My Vodafone Self Care in the Account menu (button with a silhouette of a character), where you will see the section "You can access accounts".
