How do I change or reset my email login password?

You can easily change your password for email login at any time. If you forget your password, you can restore it yourself.

How can I change my password if I know the current one?

Use your email and password to log in.

Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of a character and your name) and select Login via email settings.

In this section you will find all the details and options that apply to logging in via email.

Select Change Password.

Enter the existing password and the newly selected password (you enter it twice for checking) and confirm the change.

How do I reset my password if I don't remember my current password?

On the login page to My Vodafone, enter your email and in the next step select the Forgotten Password option.

If you don’t know your login email, contact us on the Customer Care Line or stop by our store.

To reset your password, we will send a verification code to your email and then to your SMS.

First, we will send a verification code to your email. After confirming it, you will receive a code via SMS to the phone number you use for two-step verification.

Subsequently, you will set a new password for logging in.

Enter the new password according to the instructions and confirm everything. Then you can log in again.
