How to pay the Bill?

The most comfortable way is direct debit - all you need to do is to set it up once, and you will never again have to worry about the payments.

The quickest and simplest way is to pay at an ATM – you only need to enter your phone number. You can also pay online using your bank card via the My Vodafone Self Care or My Vodafone+ app.

Online in the Web Self Care. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro card issued in the Czech Republic. You can also make the payment with a card issued in EU countries that supports two-factor authentication (confirmation of the payment via SMS or in the bank application).
You can also make the payment via My Vodafone+ app, where Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.

If you are no longer our customer you can pay the last Bill by credit card at My Vodafone, post money order, bank transfer, via ATM, in cash at a branch of a ČSOB bank, or by direct debit from bank if you have had it active before the termination of the services.
