How to pay the Bill using the QR code?

You can use a QR code to pay your Bill via your bank's mobile app.

Where can I find the QR code for payment?

In My Vodafone Self Care in the Bills section.
In My Vodafone mobile app on the Billing tile in Detailed overview - Pay - Pay by QR code.
Directly on your paper Bill.

If you scan the QR code the payment details will be filled in automatically. If you use a QR code from the My Vodafone Self Care, all data except the variable symbol (which is not necessary) will be filled in.

How to make a payment?

Open your bank's mobile app and select Pay by QR Code.
Scan the QR code with your cell phone.: Just a few inches away from the code on the monitor or the Bill.
Confirm and send the payment.: Check the pre-filled details and confirm the payment order.

We will receive your payment within 3 working days at the latest and will confirm it to you by SMS or email.
