How do #jetovtobě plans for youth and students work and who can get them?

The #jetovtobě tariffs are designed for new and also existing Vodafone customers aged 6 to 26 years.
You can get the tariff with a new number in our eShop. As a new and also existing customer, you can get it also at any store or by calling to *77.

What tariff plans can I choose?

#jetovtobě sLimitem M – unlimited calls within the Czech Republic to Czech mobile and landline numbers, unlimited SMS within the Czech Republic to Czech mobile numbers, and 12 GB of data (once exhausted, we charge 99 CZK for each additional 1 GB started; you can adjust the number of data top-ups thanks to DataLimit). Five times a month, you can activate unlimited data for 24 hours. The plan price also includes a CyberWall mobile security license.

With the Extra plans, you can also get a phone (or other device) at a discounted price. In this case, you enter into a 24-month contract with a Minimum Monthly Spending Limit. And if you have a valid ISIC card, you'll also get a screen protector for just 1 CZK when you buy a phone at our store.

For how long will I get the tariff?

You can use the plan at the discounted price until your 27th birthday.
We will inform you about the upcoming expiration of the discounted offer via several SMS messages during the final month of its validity.
If you do not choose a different option yourself, we will charge you the standard price according to the sLimitem and BezLimitu plan price list after the discount expires (upon reaching age 27). For example, the #jetovtobě BezLimitu L plan corresponds to the standard BezLimitu L plan with a youth discount, which we will automatically cancel on the day of your 27th birthday.

Can I switch to the #jetovtobě tariff if I have a Vodafone prepaid card?

You can, but before activating the tariff it is necessary to switch from a prepaid card to a postpaid card.
It´s possible to do it in every Vodafone store.

I have a tariff with a contract, can I still switch to the #jetovtobě tariff?

As long as you continue to meet the Minimum Monthly Spending Limit (MSL) defined in your contract, you can continue with your current agreement while using the #jetovtobě plan. If your commitment happens to be higher than your plan's price, we will either charge you the difference in your monthly bill, or you can request early termination of the contract and check the conditions under which the contractual commitment can be settled.

Can I activate the tariff even if I am not yet 15 years old?

For those interested in a tariff who have not yet been 15 years of age, the activation must be carried out by a legal representative. He will also be the owner of the customer account.
From the age of 15, a customer can activate the tariff in the variant without contract.
