To log in, you use the same credentials as for My Vodafone on the web or the original My Vodafone app. If you don’t have your login details yet or have forgotten them, check the help section for logging into My Vodafone.
Enter your email and password
Enter the email and password you set during registration. The password may contain letters, numbers, or special characters.
Enter the code from the SMS
We’ll send a one-time verification code to your phone, which you’ll use to confirm your login.
Enable biometric login
Allow login via face recognition or fingerprint. This way, you won’t need to enter your login details again.
Below you’ll find a description of selected offers and sections in the app. Depending on the services you have with us, not all offers may be available.

After logging into the app
You can find the app version in Account – App settings. Scroll all the way down and you’ll see the version currently installed on your device.
Before logging into the app
On your phone, search for the My Vodafone+ app in the app store (iPhone – App Store, Android – Google Play). In the app details, you’ll see the description including the current version number. If you see an update option there, update to the latest version of the app.
Vodafone Happy can be found directly in the My Vodafone+ app, and this program brings you various rewards, discounts, and benefits. You’ll also find different contests here – such as a spin-the-wheel game or scratch cards – so it’s worth checking the Vodafone Happy section regularly to make sure you don’t miss anything.

For now, you can still log in to the older version of the My Vodafone app, but over time we will completely discontinue it. From now on, we will only be developing the new My Vodafone+ app, which is faster and more user-friendly than the previous one. We believe the new My Vodafone+ app will suit your needs and that you’ll quickly get used to it.
If you repeatedly enter incorrect details, your login account may be blocked for security reasons. The account will be automatically unblocked, so please try logging in again after one hour.
The app is available to users from most European countries, as well as the following non-European countries: Australia, Egypt, Israel, Canada, Colombia, Moldova, New Zealand, and the United States. If your Apple or Google account is registered in a different region, unfortunately, the app will not be available to you. However, you can still access My Vodafone via your browser.
