What can the My Vodafone+ app do and where do I get it?

  • My Vodafone+ App is a new application for all Vodafone customers. It’s faster, clearer, and smarter than ever before.
  • The app is free to use both in the Czech Republic and abroad. It’s available to customers with prepaid cards as well as those with monthly plans. Using the app does not consume data from your data package, but a working data connection is required.

How do I log in to the application?

To log in, you use the same credentials as for My Vodafone on the web or the original My Vodafone app. If you don’t have your login details yet or have forgotten them, check the help section for logging into My Vodafone.

Enter your email and password

Enter the email and password you set during registration. The password may contain letters, numbers, or special characters.

Enter the code from the SMS

We’ll send a one-time verification code to your phone, which you’ll use to confirm your login.

Enable biometric login

Allow login via face recognition or fingerprint. This way, you won’t need to enter your login details again.

Biometric login will expire if you uninstall and reinstall the app.

What can you find in the application?

Below you’ll find a description of selected offers and sections in the app. Depending on the services you have with us, not all offers may be available.

Home

  • For you – Explore offers and services that might be useful to you.
  • Overview – A quick summary of your phone numbers or services like Vodafone TV or fixed internet. Swipe to easily switch between all your services. Tap to view details of the selected service. This section also shows information about your spending, etc.
  • My services – A more detailed view of your phone numbers, Vodafone TV, and fixed internet. Tap to see details of the selected service.
  • It might come in handy – Here you’ll find interesting offers and information, such as add-on services, roaming prices, or internet speed testing.
  • Need help? – This section includes our chatbot TOBi, available 24/7, a list of our stores, and detailed guides and information about our services from the Care Center.

Billing

This section is available if you have at least one service with monthly billing.

  • Currently – Shows an estimated ongoing spend for the current billing period.
  • Previous bills – Overview of issued bills with the option to download them as PDF files.
  • Next features – View your payment history or make a card payment regardless of any outstanding balance.

Credit

This section is available if you only use a prepaid card that you top up with credit.

Subscription (for Vodafone One)

Available if you use services exclusively via card-based subscription (Vodafone One).

Services

Select one of your phone numbers, Vodafone TV, or fixed internet, and click for more details. Depending on the service type, you may see:

  • Overview – Basic info about your plan and monthly fee, or credit status for prepaid cards.
  • Usage – View the status of your data, minutes, or other limits.
  • Applications – Find activation codes for prepaid TV services or links to related apps.
  • Addons – Activate available add-on packages.
  • Device – If available, view details about your devices (e.g., set-top box for Vodafone TV).
  • Offers – Take advantage of Vodafone Happy or other offers from Vodafone and partners.

Account

  • Personal data – Details about you, your Vodafone customer account, and contact information.
  • Connected accounts – Overview of all accounts or services accessible under your login, including access management.
  • SIM and eSIM – Info about your SIM card, PUK code retrieval, switching to eSIM, blocking or ordering a new SIM.
  • App Settings – Enable biometric login, choose light or dark mode, select language (Czech / English), check permissions, manage marketing messages or cookies. You’ll also find the current app version here.
  • Privacy protection – Manage your consents related to receiving personalized offers and recommendations.
  • Login information – View your login details and change your SMS phone number, email, or password.

Where can I find out which version of the app I’m using?

After logging into the app

You can find the app version in Account – App settings. Scroll all the way down and you’ll see the version currently installed on your device.

Before logging into the app

On your phone, search for the My Vodafone+ app in the app store (iPhone – App Store, Android – Google Play). In the app details, you’ll see the description including the current version number. If you see an update option there, update to the latest version of the app.

What is Vodafone Happy?

Vodafone Happy can be found directly in the My Vodafone+ app, and this program brings you various rewards, discounts, and benefits. You’ll also find different contests here – such as a spin-the-wheel game or scratch cards – so it’s worth checking the Vodafone Happy section regularly to make sure you don’t miss anything.

  • When you click on the Vodafone Happy tile for the first time, you’ll choose the areas that interest you so we can show you relevant offers and benefits. By clicking on the little person icon, you can adjust your selection at any time later.
  • If you receive a voucher/code for a service or product in the app, you can redeem it according to the instructions shown with the offer (usually directly with the provider of the service or product). For contests, you need to register, meet the specific contest conditions, and provide your contact details so that we can notify you in case you win.
  • To use Vodafone Happy, you need to have consent for third-party offers enabled. If necessary, the app will prompt you to give this consent.

How can I switch to another customer account I’ve been granted access to in the app?

If your login email has also been granted access to services under another customer account, you can easily switch between them:

  1. From the app’s main page (Home) – by clicking the link with your access level (Administrator / Payer / User) shown at the top under your name.
  2. From the Account menu – select the Connected accounts option.

Can I use both the original My Vodafone app and the new My Vodafone+ app at the same time?

For now, you can still log in to the older version of the My Vodafone app, but over time we will completely discontinue it. From now on, we will only be developing the new My Vodafone+ app, which is faster and more user-friendly than the previous one. We believe the new My Vodafone+ app will suit your needs and that you’ll quickly get used to it.

Login to My Vodafone+ is blocked, what should I do?

If you repeatedly enter incorrect details, your login account may be blocked for security reasons. The account will be automatically unblocked, so please try logging in again after one hour.

The app won't download to my phone, what could be the reason?

The app is available to users from most European countries, as well as the following non-European countries: Australia, Egypt, Israel, Canada, Colombia, Moldova, New Zealand, and the United States. If your Apple or Google account is registered in a different region, unfortunately, the app will not be available to you. However, you can still access My Vodafone via your browser.
