What top-up rewards can I get?

We have a loyalty programme for all customers with a prepaid card.

Rewards for Vodafone Card Customers

These rewards are available to all Vodafone prepaid customers, with the exception of Oskarta by Vodafone.

  • For every top-up, you receive a reward equal to 20% of the topped-up amount in the form of extra credit valid for 7 days. Extra credit is used before your standard topped-up credit.
  • You earn the reward with every top-up made directly through Vodafone – via the My Vodafone app or website, at a Vodafone store, or using Smart Top-up (Chytré dobíjení).

To participate, you must first opt-in:

  • In the My Vodafone SelfCare portal - on the homepage via the Rewards link, or in the Charging section.
  • Via the My Vodafone+ app - Services > Overview > Rewards.
  • By SMS - send the keyword ODMENY to 7700.

Rewards for Oskarta Customers

These rewards are exclusively for customers with an Oskarta by Vodafone. They do not apply to customers of the Oskarta virtual operator.

  • For every top-up of 400 CZK or more, you receive a reward of your choice.
  • Important: You must set your reward before you top up your credit. Once set, the reward applies to all subsequent top-ups until you change your selection.

Which reward can I choose?

  • 100 CZK Extra Credit for one month – to set this, send a free SMS with ODMENA KREDIT to 7700.
  • 2 GB Mobile Data for one month – to set this, send a free SMS with ODMENA DATA to 7700.
  • 100 Minutes to all networks for one month – to set this, send a free SMS with ODMENA VOLANI to 7700.

You can also check or change your Oskarta reward in the My Vodafone SelfCare (Charging section) or in the My Vodafone+ mobile app (Services - Overview).

Good to know:

  • Extra credit is used before your standard topped-up credit.
  • The 100-minute reward can be used in the Czech Republic or in Roaming Zone 1 (EU and selected countries) for standard calls to Czech mobile and landline numbers.
  • Data Package Tip: We recommend using the data reward if you don't have another data package or if you have already exhausted your current data. Note: Once the 2 GB reward package is activated after a top-up, any existing data package will be cancelled.
    • Example: If you have a 5 GB monthly package with 1 GB remaining and you top up, you will receive the 2 GB reward, but the original package (and the remaining 1 GB) will be cancelled. Once the reward data expires, you will revert to your default Connection for a month (unless paused) or you can activate a new monthly package.
