Modem Zyxel VMG8924-B30A (for Fixed Internet Fibre)

Technical Specifications:
- 4 LAN ports for connecting a computer with a network cable.
- Wireless Wi-Fi connection in 802.11a/b/g/n/ac versions for 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies with a speed of up to 1300 Mbit/s. The modem has 5 internal Wi-Fi antennas. The speed of the Internet connection depends on the ordered tariff and local conditions and differs from the maximum speed of the home Wi-Fi network.
- The modem also contains the entire home gateway, including the router and firewall. It is possible to connect a USB drive and use it for file sharing (DLNA), the modem supports a print server.
- The dimensions of the modem are 206 x 181 x 35 mm and the weight is 560 grams.

- Log in to the Wi-Fi network of the modem or connect over a data cable and enter the address https://10.0.0.138, in the browser. To access, you need a username and password, the default login is admin, you can find the password on the label on the modem.
- After logging in for the first time, change your password to your own for your safety. You can make the change in the administration in the menu Advanced settings - Management - Access control – Passwords.

Log in to the modem administration.
Connect to the modem via Wi-Fi or a data cable and enter the address https://10.0.0.138, in the browser. To access, you need a username and password, the default login is admin, you can find the password on the label on the modem.
Go to the menu Advanced settings - Wireless connection.
In the basic section, the Enable wireless network item must be active, then enter the name of the network in the SSID field. Don't forget to save the change. The password can be set in the Security section. You can use WPA2-PSK network authentication, enter the password for the Wi-Fi network in the WPA/WAPI password line and don't forget to save the change again.
