What is GIGA Kombo and what benefits does it offer me?

GIGA Kombo is a special offer for customers who combine multiple Vodafone services (mobile plan, fixed internet, TV) under one account. The more services you combine, the bigger the discount you get.

How can I get a GIGA Kombo discount?

You’ll receive the discount if you have at least two Vodafone services on a single bill. Possible combinations are listed below.
To qualify for the discount, you need to reach the minimum required monthly spend.
If you meet the conditions, the discount will automatically appear on your bill. Just contact us and we’ll help you set up the offer.

What service combinations are possible?

GIGA Kombo can include currently offered plans and services that are available for new activations. Fixed internet covers all technologies as well as Cable Free Connection Full and Cable Free Connection Full 5G. From the TV offer, we include the Vodafone TV+ 2.0 plan and charges for additional TV packages. For mobile services, it applies to currently offered plans with the exception of certain special plans (such as plans for students, seniors etc.).

Each combination must include every type of service at least once. This means you can have multiple mobile numbers or more than one TV or fixed internet connection, and the discount will then apply to all services in the combination.

What is the minimum monthly spend to qualify for the discount and what are the discount levels?

The minimum monthly spend to get the GIGA Kombo discount is CZK 750. This amount includes regular monthly fees for main services after deducting any applicable discounts. Charges for additional services or services beyond the plan are not included in this amount. All monthly spend levels and their corresponding percentage discounts on your bill are shown below:

Bronze: CZK 750 to 1,249 = 15% discount
Silver: CZK 1,250 to 1,999 = 20% discount
Gold: CZK 2,000 to 2,999 = 25% discount
Platinum: CZK 3,000 and above = 30% discount

The GIGA Kombo discount is applied to the monthly fees for services included in GIGA Kombo.

At Vodafone, you can have on one bill, for example:

Mobile plan BezLimitu Black Extra: CZK 2,099
Fixed internet (after discount): CZK 499

Both services count toward GIGA Kombo. The total regular fee is CZK 2,598, which qualifies you for the Gold level – a 25% discount.
After applying the discount, you pay only CZK 1,948.50.

Spending beyond regular fees (such as SMS tickets or MMS) does not affect the discount level and the GIGA Kombo discount does not apply to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will the GIGA Kombo discount appear on the bill?

We will automatically deduct the discount from the total amount on your bill once you meet the conditions. Just visit one of our stores or give us a call, and we’ll set up GIGA Kombo for you.

It’s important to note that the actual spend for the given month determines eligibility. For example, if you activate services halfway through the billing cycle, the amount on your first bill may not reach the minimum required spend. In that case, you’ll see the GIGA Kombo discount on the next bill, which will include charges for the full month.

Where will I see the GIGA Kombo discount on my bill?

On the first page of the bill – in the section “To be paid for billed period” – the GIGA Kombo discount is shown without VAT; the amount including tax is listed below.
On the second page of the bill – in the section “Total discount overview” – the GIGA Kombo discount is shown without VAT.
In the service breakdown – each service included in GIGA Kombo will be marked, so you know which services count toward your total monthly spend. This amount determines the GIGA Kombo discount level.

I’ve signed up for new Vodafone services, but I don’t see the GIGA Kombo discount on my bill. Why?

Your spending has not reached the required amount to qualify for the GIGA Kombo discount – on your first bill, we usually charge only a proportional part of the monthly service fees, so it’s possible you haven’t yet reached the required spending amount. On the next bill, when you’ll be using the services for a full month, you will meet the conditions for the GIGA Kombo discount.
The services you ordered are not yet active – for example, if you ordered fixed internet installation or mobile number transfer to us, it may happen that when the first bill was issued, you didn’t yet have the required combination of services active. To receive the GIGA Kombo discount, you must have at least 2 active services according to the combinations described on this page.

Can I have multiple payers (multiple monthly bills) with different discount levels?

Yes, the GIGA Kombo discount is calculated separately for each bill. So if we issue multiple bills during the month (you have multiple payers with us), each of them can have a different level of GIGA Kombo discount.

Is the GIGA Kombo offer also available for existing customers?

Of course. Take advantage of having all Vodafone services under one account at a great price. Just contact us and together we’ll set up the most beneficial combination.

What if I don’t meet the conditions for the discount?

If in a given month you don’t meet the conditions due to a change in services or tariff, the GIGA Kombo discount will not apply or will apply at a lower level based on the amount you spent that month. Once you meet the conditions for the GIGA Kombo discount again, we’ll automatically apply it.

Do I need to sign a 2-year contract to use GIGA Kombo?

No, you don’t. This way, you can change or adjust your services anytime, and based on your new monthly spending, you’ll receive the corresponding GIGA Kombo discount. However, you can choose to sign a contract for individual services – for example, for a mobile tariff to get a discounted phone price.
