I'm planning a trip to the Czech Republic. What type of service can I use?
- We recommend using a prepaid card for a short visit. It's without contract and you can buy it in Vodafone Stores and our partner shops.
- For long-term stays you can use one of our postpaid tariffs.
Data SIM for visitors
- Data SIM for visitors is a prepaid card designed primarily for tourists.
- This offer is available in selected Vodafone Stores.
Prepaid Bundles
- With our Prepaid Bundles, you can enjoy unlimited calls, SMS and data.
- Prepaid Bundles are available for all prepaid cards. You can purchase Vodafone SIM in any Vodafone Store and our partner shops with Vodafone logo.
- You can use your SIM card abroad.
Useful information
From 15 August 2026, we're extending credit validity from 7 to 12 months. If you don't top up your credit within 1 month after it expires, your phone number will be cancelled. This means your number will be automatically cancelled 13 months after your last top-up. The new rules will apply to your credit with your first top-up made on or after 15 August 2026.
- Credit on your Vodafone Card is valid for 7 months. After your credit expires, you still have a three-month period to recharge the credit on your Vodafone Card, otherwise it will be cancelled altogether.
- You can find the credit status by sending SMS with the key word KOLIK KREDIT to 7700 (sending of SMS is free in the CR).
