How do monthly prepaid bundles work?

Q: Combo bundles (calls and data) with a loyalty bonus

We reward regular use of Combo bundles with a loyalty bonus : You become eligible for the loyalty bonus from the second bundle renewal. The bonus data is added to your bundle allowance. For example, if you activate a bundle in January, the first renewal takes place in February. You will receive the loyalty bonus from the second renewal in March and continue receiving it in subsequent months. Early bundle renewals also count towards eligibility for the loyalty bonus. To gain and keep the loyalty bonus, your bundle must remain continuously active. If it is changed, cancelled or suspended, you lose the loyalty bonus. The Unlimited data for a day benefit included with recurring Combo bundles can be activated whenever you need it via the My Vodafone+ app or through My Vodafone Self Care on the web directly from the homepage after signing in.

With prepaid bundles, you get better-value calls and mobile data. You can choose either a one-off bundle or a monthly recurring bundle, which renews automatically every month as long as you have sufficient credit.

How can I activate or cancel a bundle?

Via SMS - the fastest option. Simply send the relevant keyword to 7700. You can find all keywords in the bundle overview above.
Via the My Vodafone+ app - go to Services (select phone number) - Bundles.
Via My Vodafone on the web - everything can be managed in the Prepaid Card section.

You can cancel automatic bundle renewals in the My Vodafone+ app or through My Vodafone on the web in the same section where bundles are activated.

Can I renew my bundle early?

Yes. For example, if you use up your data allowance before the bundle expires, you can renew your bundle early at any time or activate a different bundle. The process is the same as for a new activation. You can use an activation SMS, the My Vodafone+ app, or My Vodafone self-service on the web. You can also renew a bundle before using up all included allowances. However, any remaining minutes or data will not be carried over to the next period.

What happens if I do not have enough credit to renew my bundle?

If you do not have sufficient credit on the renewal date, your bundle will be suspended. How suspension works:

The bundle is suspended for up to 90 days. If you top up your credit during this period, the bundle will be renewed automatically. If your bundle included a discounted price, you will retain the discount after reactivation.
During the suspension period, services are charged at the standard prepaid rates.
If you have multiple active bundles, data bundles are renewed first.
You can cancel a suspended bundle via the My Vodafone+ app, My Vodafone Self Care on the web, or by sending STOP to 7700. This will cancel all suspended bundles.

A one-off bundle remains valid on the day of activation and for the following 30 full calendar days. It is then cancelled on the next day. Recurring bundles renew every month.
You can also use your data allowance and minutes to all networks while roaming in Zone 1 countries (EU countries and selected destinations).
Bundle activation is confirmed by SMS. You will also receive an SMS notification before the bundle expires.
If your credit balance reaches CZK 0 and you still have an active bundle, you can continue using it until it expires. To use services outside the bundle allowance, you need to top up your credit.
If you cancel a bundle that includes a data tariff, the default Connection for a month data tariff will be activated automatically.
Unused allowances are not carried over to the next month.
Prepaid bundles cannot be combined with Oskarta, which has its own bundle portfolio. They cannot be combined with Prepaid Card 40 or GIGA Card either.
