How do I link my services to my email login?

If you have created an email login for the My Vodafone Self Care portal but have not linked any services to it yet, you will not see any information about your account and services after logging in. You can link access to your customer account or a specific phone number, internet, or TV service later.

If you registered for My Vodafone in advance and your Vodafone services are not yet active, please wait until we fully activate them. Afterwards, you will be able to link your customer account with your email login.

How do I create an email login for My Vodafone?

Go to My Vodafone on the web or open the My Vodafone+ app and select the option to Create an account. Create a login account according to the instructions - fill in your email, password and set up a phone number to confirm login to self-service.

How do I link my services / customer account to my created email login?

  • The customer account I want to link already has an administrator – this means that someone else can log in to the account using their email. You need to ask the person who already has administrator access to send an invitation to your email.
  • I am linking a customer account that does not have an email login created yet – please follow the steps below to link your account in the My Vodafone Self Care portal.

Use your email and password to log in.

Click on the Account menu (red button with a silhouette of a person and your email) and select the Login via email settings item.

Under the What accounts I manage section, you will see all the accounts you currently have access to. If you don't have access to any account yet, this list will be empty.

Select Connect an account in the What accounts I manage section and enter the phone number or internet or Vodafone TV number (starting with 8 or 9) from your customer account.

If you have more active services with us, choose any of them.

In some situations, we will need additional verification, in which case we will send you an SMS with a one-time confirmation code to the contact phone number from your connected customer account.

After entering the code, everything will be finished and the account will be linked. If the code is not sent to you, it is due to one of the following situations:

  • The customer account does not have a contact number or the contact number is incorrect – to set the correct contact number, please call our Customer Care Line.
  • The customer account already has email login set up – in this case, ask the owner to grant access for your email as well.
  • The customer account has the same contact number as the one you are already logged in to – in this case, we will link the accounts for you automatically, and you won't need to enter a verification code.
