I forgot my password or I have no password set. What should I do?

How to restore your password if you are on a flat rate scheme

Select any of the following four options:


  1. Fill in and send a form
  2. Please fill in this simple form.

    1. Forms for non-corporate customers
    2. Forms for corporate customers
    Send it by e-mail or fax.
    Please type "Password" or "Request for new password" in the subject of the e-mail so that we could send you the new password as soon as possible.
    You will receive the new administrátor password via a text message.
    After that, you can change it.
  3. Customer Care Line contact details
  4. Call the Customer Care Line at *77 or 800 77 00 77.
    Our representative will verify your identity based on your personal details.
    Should you fail to type correct password three times in a row, you will be forwwarded to our representative.
    Our representative will send you the new password via a text message.
    After that, you can change it.
  5. Visit our store
  6. You can visit any of our Vodafone Stores, present your ID and, after a successful verification, you can set the password you wish.


  7. If you have a verified e-mail, you can set the password on-line.
  8. Visit the Internet Self Care.
    Restore your password on-line.
    We will e-mail you the new password, which will be valid for 60 minutes.
    After logging in, the system will ask you to change your password.
    To make sure you set it correctly, try to log out and log in again using your new password..

  3. Visit our store
    • You can visit any of our Vodafone Stores and present your SIM Card and the SIM Card packaging, or the plastic card from which you popped out your SIM Card, if necessary.
    • After verification, we will set your new administrator password.
  4. If you have a verified e-mail, you can set the password on-line
  5. Visit the Internet Self Care.
    Restore your password on-line.
    We will e-mail you the new password, which will be valid for 60 minutes.
    After logging in, the system will ask you to change your password.
    To make sure you set it correctly, try to log out and log in again using your new password.
    You can also have a one-off password, sent and use it to change services in the My Vodafone Internet Self Care.However, some information (personal data, call log, etc.) cannot be accessed using this password.
Corporate customers under a framework contract

Select any of the following three options:
