What information about my modem can I find out directly in My Vodafone?

If you have a Fixed Internet Cable from us, you can find out interesting information about your modem in the My Vodafone self-service and partially control it remotely.

What information about the modem can I find in the mobile application My Vodafone?

To enter the My Vodafone Self Care, you will need your password.

Click on the My Services menu - select your Fixed Internet - the Your Device section.

Here you will see several offers with information about your internet. You will find out, for example, the installation address, information about the contract and more.

Select Diagnostics and restart to find out information about the modem and its status.

After performing diagnostics, you will find out if the modem is active, which Wi-Fi network it is broadcasting, what is its IP address, when was it last restarted, and you can restart it (turn it off and on) remotely directly from the application.

What information can I find about the modem in the My Vodafone web Self Care?

Log in to My Vodafone and choose the section Services.

To enter the My Vodafone Self Care, you will need your password.

Select the service settings for your Fixed Internet and go to the Used Devices section.

Here you will find your modem and some information related to it.

Select "Modem details and restart".

After a while, we'll show you the current information about the modem. You will see if it is active, which Wi-Fi networks it broadcasts, its IP address, and the time of the last reboot (turning off and on the modem). You can also remotely restart the modem.
