End of support for Cisco modems

As of June 2024, it is no longer possible to use Cisco modems (e.g., EPC3925, EPC3208, or EPC3212) for internet connection via our coaxial-optical network (Fixed Internet Cable). The manufacturer of these modems has ended their technical support and the license for their operation in the network has expired.

We have repeatedly informed affected customers about the need to replace their modem. If you are still using one of these modems, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a new modem to be provided.
