How many free units (minutes, SMS or MMS) do you have left?
You can easily check the status of your remaining units from your plan in the following ways:
- In the My Vodafone Self Care – in the Usage section. If you have multiple numbers or services, click on Service Detail to see the specifics. To log in to the My Vodafone portal, you need your email and password.
- In the My Vodafone+ app – click on the phone number tile on the main screen, or you can go through the Services section and select more details for the number you are interested in. In the Usage section, you will see how many remaining units you have left.
- With the On-screen Messages service – after a call or sending a message, you will see on your display how many units are remaining from your plan or bundle. You can activate the service via the My Vodafone website in the section Services - Notifications after sending SMS, MMS, calling, etc.
