You can use the email login:
A numeric password will continue to be used for the following contact method:
Log in to My Vodafone Self Care.
Use your email and password to log in.
Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of a character and your name).
In the menu you will see, among other things, all the accounts you have access to.
Under "You can access accounts" you will see the accounts you have access to. There is also a link to view the numeric password for communication with the operator.
Click on the link to see your numeric password. You can change it by following these instructions.
Log in to the My Vodafone+ mobile app.
Use your email and password to sign in.
Go to the Account menu – Login information – Numeric password.
A page with your access information will load.
In the "What accounts I manage" section, you will see the accounts you have access to. You will also find a link here to display your password for communicating with an operator.
Click the "Password for communicating with operator" link to see your numerical password. You can change the password by following these instructions.
