What to do if you don’t receive a confirmation SMS or email for Login via email?

I didn’t receive an SMS with a verification code

  • For Android phones, the SMS might be in your filtered messages folder (spam, junk messages, etc.). Try finding the spam or blocked conversations folder in your SMS app settings. Check Google’s help documentation for more information.
  • For iPhone, it might be due to SMS filtering from unknown senders being enabled. Refer to Apple’s help pages for guidance.
  • Try turning your phone off and on again, or insert the SIM card into another phone to see if the SMS arrives.
  • Ensure you are in an area with available signal.
  • We send SMS to the phone number you set up when enabling two-step verification. Make sure you have the phone with the correct SIM card and phone number.

I didn’t receive an email with a verification code

  • Check that you entered your email address correctly during registration.
  • The email might have arrived in your SPAM or Bulk Mail folder, so check there as well.
