How to pay the Bill using the QR code?

You can use a QR code to pay your Bill via your bank's mobile app. This way, you don't have to manually enter the payment details.

Where can I find the QR code for payment?

  • In My Vodafone Self Care in the Bills section.
  • In My Vodafone+ mobile app go to the Billing section, click on Pay, and select the QR code option. You can then take a screenshot of the QR code or download it to your device and use it for payment within your banking app.
  • Directly on your PDF/paper Bill.
  • In the SMS or email in which we inform you about the issuance of the Bill.
In the SMS about the issued bill, you will receive a link that will display the QR code. The link address starts with https://tam.je/QRpayment/... The address is safe; it is a Vodafone URL shortener.

If you scan the QR code the payment details will be filled in automatically. If you use a QR code from the My Vodafone Self Care, all data except the variable symbol (which is not necessary) will be filled in.

How to make a payment?

You can pay using the QR code in cash at Allwyn branches or online using your smartphone by following the instructions below:

Open your bank's mobile app and select Pay by QR Code.

Check with your bank to see if they offer a mobile application and download it from the app store. 

Scan the QR code with your cell phone.

If you have displayed the QR code on your phone, you can either download it or take a screenshot. In your banking app, instead of taking a new photo, you can then select the QR code image directly from your phone's gallery.

Check the pre-filled details and confirm the payment order.

Your payment will be sent via bank transfer, and we will receive your payment within 3 working days at the latest and will confirm it to you by SMS or email.
