How can I request a credit refund? (after number portation)

  • If you used a prepaid card with Vodafone and you transferred your phone number to another operator, you can request to return the unused credit (within 30 days of the number portation).
  • You can request a credit refund if you did not have a prepaid card registered with Company Registration Number "IČO" - only consumers can claim a credit refund (ie non-business customers).

What is the process?

Fill in and print the Credit Refund Application.

Send the application to our address or submit it to the store.

Good to know:

  • We can return the credit to the Czech bank account or via postal order to an address in the Czech Republic.
  • We will inform you via SMS about the processing of the application and we will refund the money within 30 days. The processing of the application is free of charge from 12 June 2020.
  • We can only refund your initial credit or the credit you topped up, we will not refund any bonus credit.

You have informed me that the request could not be processed. What could be the reason?

We will always inform you via SMS about the reason for rejecting the application. Take a look at the most common reason:

  1. Late application - you can request a credit refund no later than 30 days after the number is transferred to another network.
  2. You are not entitled to a credit refund - if you had a prepaid card registered with Company Registration Number "IČO", you cannot request a credit refund.
  3. Incorrectly filled-in application - check the correctness of the filled-in data, especially the telephone number and ČVOP/OKÚ (transmission code).
