How to activate E-mail Billing?

The simplest way is to use My Vodafone Self Care:

Log in to My Vodafone and choose the section Services - Billing and limit settings.

To set up, select any of your active services to which the Billing relates. You will need an administrator password or payer password to enter the change.

Choose the menu E-mail Billing.

Press the Change button to activate the service and fill in your email address.

Click on the link in the verification email to complete the service activation.

We will send a verification email to the email address you provided, which must be confirmed within 24 hours.

  • Activation and use of E-mail Billing are free of charge.
  • We will send you a summary Bill without a detailed statement to your email.
  • If you have more than one service on your Bill, just make a change to one of them and it will automatically affect the entire Billing.
