What should I do if I don't pay my Bill on time?

There are 2 ways you can prevent the blocking of services:

  1. Move the date when the service will be blocked (for free) - in My Vodafone Self Care we will show you the offer on the main page or in the Account - Account status and outages section. You will see this option if you meet the conditions and have a good payment history (at least 3 Bills issued, the first 2 paid on time).
  2. Call us on 800 77 11 77 - if possible, we can arrange to postpone the date on which your service is blocked, for which we charge a fee in accordance with the current Price List.

The date on which services will be blocked may be postponed if your Bill is at least 2 days overdue.

You will always find the due date on every Bill. This is the last date that payment should be credited to our bank account. Choose the best and fastest method of payment.

What happens if the Bill is not paid on time?

  • We'll notify you by text or email - make sure your contact details are up to date.
  • We will send you a reminder, we charge a fee for sending according to the current Price List.
  • Outgoing services may be blocked if the Bill is not paid within 7 days of the due date.
  • We may restrict the services you use and charge a fee for blocking services - in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the current Price List.
