How do I renew my #jetovtobě tariff?

  • #jetovtobě sLimitem and BezLimitu plans – you don’t need to worry about renewing your discount; you can keep using the plan without concern until your 27th birthday. We will notify you via SMS about the upcoming expiration of your youth discount. If you don't choose a different option yourself, we will charge you the standard price according to the sLimitem and BezLimitu plan price list after the discount expires (once you reach age 27). For example, the #jetovtobě BezLimitu L plan corresponds to the standard BezLimitu L plan with a youth discount, which we will automatically cancel on your 27th birthday.
  • #jetovtobě plans activated before February 1, 2026 – eligibility for the youth or student discount is verified every 12 months. You can find more information further down this page.

Information for customers using older #jetovtobě plans

The following information is for customers using #jetovtobě plans that are no longer in our current offer (plans activated by February 1, 2026).

With the #jetovtobě tariff, we automatically check after a year whether you still meet the conditions for its use. If you do, we'll automatically extend the discounted price for the next year, you don't need to specifically ask for it. If you don't meet the conditions, we'll charge the standard monthly fee for the tariff without the discount. You can find this price in your Bill.

What conditions do I have to meet for the automatic tariff renewal?

  1. Age up to and including 26 - if you are 27 years old or older on the date of the conditions check, we will not be able to extend your discounted price. You can then keep your current tariff at the standard price or choose another tariff from our offer.
  2. A valid ISIC card (if you have chosen a tariff for which you need an ISIC) - a valid ISIC license is required for renewal. Make sure you renew it at your school in time - you can find more information on the ISIC website. If you change your ISIC card in the meantime (your card number has changed), please provide us with your new ISIC card number as soon as possible by calling Customer Care Line *77 or 800770077 or by sending it to us via My Vodafone and the Ask Us section.

I have been notified that my tariff renewal date is approaching. Do I need to do something?

  • If you still meet the conditions for the tariff, you don't need to do anything, we will automatically extend your discounted #jetovtobě tariff. Just make sure you meet the age requirement and have a valid ISIC card (if you have a tariff that requires an ISIC) on the renewal date.
  • We will inform you about the renewal date and the requirement to have a valid ISIC by SMS (4, 2 and 1 week before the renewal date). You will receive these SMS even if you have already renewed your ISIC, because we check it on the renewal date.

What should I do if my discounted tariff has ended due to non-fulfillment of the conditions?

  • I meet the conditions for getting the tariff again - if you did not have a valid ISIC card at the time of the check of the conditions and you have already renewed it, simply contact us, we will be happy to set up a discounted #jetovtobě tariff for you again.
  • I no longer meet the conditions for the tariff - in this case you have two options. You can keep your existing tariff, you just won't have the #jetovtobě discount anymore. You can find the standard monthly fee in your Bill. If that tariff doesn't suit you, you can also choose any other tariff from our offer.
