1.1. “4G LTE Data Network Satisfaction Guarantee" (hereinafter the "Event") is determined for Vodafone corporate and private customers, with the exception of OneNet customers, who meet the below described conditions.
1.2. The Event aims to obtain information about the quality of Vodafone data network and satisfaction with this network through participating customers.
1.3. The Event is determined for the customers who will meet the following conditions at the date of sending their incentive to improve the LTE coverage through My Vodafone application (hereinafter the "Record Day").
1.3.1. They are customers (for purposes of this Event a subscriber and a user of specific phone number means a customer) and actively use Vodafone services (hereinafter the "Customer").
1.3.2. The Customer successfully sends their incentive to Improve LTE Coverage via My Vodafone, 4G LTE section - Satisfaction Guarantee.
1.3.3. When sending the incentive to Improve LTE Coverage the Customer agrees with the localization of the Customer´s current location at the time of the incentive sending and with the processing of their personal data in the extent specified in Article 3 hereof.
1.3.4. At the time of sending the initiative to Improve LTE coverage the Customer uses LTE Vodafone SIM card and a mobile phone that supports LTE.
1.3.5. At the time of filing the incentive, the Customer has any of the following tariffs activated:

2.1. The reward for sending the incentive to Improve LTE Coverage through My Vodafone consists in providing the Data Bundle Enlargement product (variant 250 MB or 1 GB according to the compatibility with the activated tariff) with 100% discount on the activated product for the next 30 days (hereinafter the "Reward"). Vodafone will activate the Reward to the Customer at the particular telephone number from which the incentive was sent at the Record Day according to Article 1.3 within 3 days from the incentive delivery provided that the terms and conditions for the award thereof are fulfilled according to the Event terms and conditions.
2.2. If the Customer does not use their Reward within 30 days of its activation (calculated from the date of the activation), Vodafone is not bound by the Reward anymore and the Customer´s right to the Reward expires.
2.3. The Customer that fulfils the conditions of the Reward may take the Reward no more than once in 30 days calculated from the date following the date when the Reward activated for the Customer hereunder expires.
2.4. If the Customer has been already using the Data Bundle Enlargement, the 100% discount will apply to this service for the next billing period (1 month).
2.5. If the data tariff is changed or the Data Bundle Enlargement service deactivated, the provided Reward is deactivated and the Customer´s entitlement to the Reward or part thereof automatically expires.
2.6. The Reward cannot be paid out in cash.
2.7. The Reward does not mean that the Customer is entitled to SIM from Vodafone nor any associated telecommunications services.
The Customer is not eligible for any other prize or any other reward than those expressly specified in paragraph 2.
3.1. For the purpose of (a) processing the information on quality and satisfaction with Vodafone data network and (b) assigning and using the Reward, we will process your personal data with your approval for 6 months in the following extent: name, surname, MSISDN (mobile phone number), information whether you use LTE SIM card, information on your device (IMEI) and whether the device supports LTE; your information about the quality of coverage, if they are entered, and localization data at the time of sending the incentive. After the time specified above expires, the data will be processed in anonymous and aggregated form only for the purpose of optimizing the LTE coverage and evaluating the Event.
3.2. Granting of consent is voluntary, however, if you do not grant or if you withdraw your consent, you cannot participate in the Event.
4.1. The issues not regulated by these terms and conditions will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Provision of Electronic Communications Services, the applicable Price List and the terms and conditions specified in printed materials of Vodafone or at www.vodafone.cz.
4.2. Vodafone in these Terms and Conditions refers to Vodafone Czech Republic a.s., with its registered office at náměstí Junkových 2, 155 00 Praha 5, ID 25788001 (and its network, products and services).
4.3. Vodafone reserves the right to restrict, modify or terminate the terms and conditions of the Event at any time and without reason with effect from the date of notification thereof or release thereof at www.vodafone.cz, unless later date is expressly specified.
4.4. The Event is in effect from 13 April 2016 to 25 June 2016, and if the Customer fulfils the conditions of the Event the Customer is eligible for the Reward even if the Customer sends the initiative on the last day of this period.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 13 April 2016.
