Step-by-step guides
How do you log in to Vodafone?
To better protect your personal data, we are introducing a new login method for My Vodafone Self-Care using an email, password, and SMS verification code. We are now switching all customers who do not yet use it to this new login method. Take a look at our guides to help you log in to the web Self-Care and the My Vodafone mobile app in the future.
I do not use Self-Care yet
Every Vodafone customer has a My Vodafone Self-Care account. When you purchase our services, we send you a registration link via email or SMS. When you open the link, you can choose to either create a new account or connect the service to your existing account. The link is valid for 7 days. If it no longer works, you can create a new login.
In the web Self-Care and the My Vodafone app, you will find an overview of your tariffs and services, which you can customise according to your needs, pay your Bill, find out important information first-hand and compete for interesting prizes.

2. We will send you a verification code to reset your password.
You will receive the code via SMS to the phone number you use for two-step verification. If you haven’t set up two-step verification yet, we will send you instructions in an email.
3. After entering the verification code, you will set a new password to log in.
