Don't worry, the speed and quality of Internet will remain the same.

It may occur that shortly after we send you a letter or email with new settings on our systems, you will change your services. Then, of course, we will transfer your current settings, and this will also be reflected in your first Billing from Vodafone.

We will replace any security package which currently protects you against Internet attacks with a similar service from Vodafone, CyberWall. In order for us to fully activate your service, you will need a new security application. We will write to you in an SMS message about where to download the application and how to activate it. We will send this to you immediately after the transfer of the services you use to Vodafone's systems. And what will the new CyberWall service bring you? You can use CyberWall also on your smartphone, so you can easily check the security of a public Wi-Fi network at any time.

In the event that the terminal device is changed, it is necessary to change the fixed IP settings accordingly in the self-service:

• The end device can be a modem from us (if it is in ROUTER mode) or your own device, such as a router (if the modem from us is in BRIDGE mode).
• Each end device has its own unique MAC address (usually listed on the device label as a WAN MAC).
• A paid fixed IP address is always linked to this WAN MAC.

As the terminal device can be changed at virtually any time, it is possible to adjust the settings for each specific IP via the web self-service -> in the main menu, click on Internet in the list of services.

• Here you will find a section on fixed IP addresses. Clicking on a specific IP address will open a window for changing the MAC address -> in this field just copy (in the correct format) the WAN MAC from the label of the new device and confirm.
