Biling and payments newly in My Vodafone
Don't worry, the only thing that changes is the place where you find your bill.
The variable symbol and payment information remain the same.
Payment methods do not change
You will pay in the same way. Simply as you are used to.
Payment by transfer
You make the payment to our account every month yourself.
Direct debit
Enabling direct debit from your account will make things easier for you.
SIPO
Good old SIPO combines multiple payments at once.
What will change?

No paying in advance
You were used to paying for services in advance at the beginning of the billing period.
You will now pay retrospectively
At Vodafone, you only pay for the services retroactively, i.e. at the end of the billing period.
We will offset any overpayment or arrears to you in the next Billing.
First invoice from Vodafone
The first Billing will be waiting for you in the My Vodafone self-service store a few weeks after the technician visited you at home. The specific date depends on your new billing period. Do not worry, we will notify you of the Billing by SMS. You will find the Billing guide here.
Billing by e-mail
For reasons of greater security, we do not always have a verified e-mail address of yours. Therefore, after transfer to Vodafone systems you will find your invoices only in My Vodafone self-service. We will send you the login details by SMS at the time of transfer of your services to us.
If you want to receive Billing by e-mail, you will first need to set up this feature in your My Vodafone account.
We will send you the login details by SMS at the time of transfer.
After you log in, you can easily set up your electronic Billing and verify your e-mail address.
