Frequently asked questions
What is Vodafone Wired Voice Network?
Vodafone Wired Voice Network (VoCable) consists of the Data-over-cable system interface with the international DOCSIS standard, where the voice service (Vodafone wired line) is provided to customers among others via a hybrid optical-coaxial HFC infrastructure using the SIP protocol.
If the contractual documentation includes calls in the Vodafone Wired Network free of charge (originally in the exUPC network), this means:
- calls in Vodafone wired voice network (VoCable);
- calls from this network to the VoxDSL network where, among others, we provide customers with a voice service (Vodafone calls from IP phones).
This applies to selected Vodafone Wired Line service tariffs.
Can I still use my voice mailbox?
Of course, you just need to reactivate it. All you have to do is call 608 98 98 98 from your landline (after the services are transferred), where you can easily set everything up.
Attention – your original mailbox will stop working after the service is transferred to Vodafone, including any recordings.
Will my current landline setup work?
Unfortunately, when the service is transferred to Vodafone's IT systems, all landline settings, such as redirection to another number or blocking of certain calls (e.g. to foreign and paid lines) will be canceled.
However, you can easily restore this setting in the My Vodafone self-service, My Services / Network Services section.

Where can I find the OKU code needed to change the operator?
You can find the new authorization OKU code (Subscriber Verification Code), which you may need to transfer your telephone number to another provider, in My Vodafone self-service.
