Pricelist rates for calls to Regions 1-5 remain unchanged.
New minute rate applies only to calls from mobile phones and from fixed lines to mobile phones - charges for calls between fixed lines remain the same.
If you have a special rate for calls to any EU/EEA country in your contract and your price is lower/higher than the new reduced price, we keep the contract price.
If you have a special rate for calls to any Region that included EU/EEA countries in your contract and your price is lower than the new reduced price, we keep the contract price. If your contract price for that Region is higher, it will be changed to CZK 5,80/min.
According to the current price list, calls to Region 0 are CZK 5,80/min including VAT. In the contract, however, you have a rate per minute to Germany set to CZK 2,50/min. Then, after the change, you will still call Germany only for CZK 2,50/min.
Or, on the other hand, you have a rate per minute to Germany set to CZK 10/min. Then, after the change, you will call to Germany for CZK 10/min.
Výjimka: Pokud máte ve smlouvě uvedenou speciální sazbu na volání do Regionu, který doposud země EU/EHP obsahoval, a vaše cena je vyšší než nová snížená sazba, budete volat do země EU/EHP za 4,79 Kč/min.
Pokud máte ve své smlouvě sazbu za minutu volání do původního Regionu 2 nastavenou na 10 Kč/min. Pak po změně budete volat do zemi EU/EHP za ceníkovou cenu 4,79 Kč/min.
