Vodafone is committed to protecting your personal data and to this end observes valid legislation, specifically: Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, as amended; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation); Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to some laws, as amended; Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended; the Civil Code; and other related legal regulations (the “law”).
