Don't worry, the speed and quality of your Internet will remain the same.

It may occur that shortly after we send you a letter or email about the transfer of your services to our systems, you will change their settings. Then, of course, we will transfer your current settings, and this will also be reflected in your first Billing from Vodafone.

We will replace any security package which currently protects you against Internet attacks with a similar service from Vodafone, the so-called CyberWall. In order for us to fully activate your service, you will need a new security application. We will inform you about where to download the application and how to activate it in an SMS, which we will send you immediately after the transfer of your services to Vodafone's IT systems.

And what will the new CyberWall service bring to you?

You can use CyberWall also on your smartphone, so you can easily check the security of a public Wi-Fi network at any time.

If you have used the TV Start service, it remains with you. It just became part of the Internet. This change will be reflected in your Invoice, i.e., you will not see TV Start in the Billing as a separate item, but it will be included in the price of the Internet.

Nothing changes. You can continue to use your existing modem as you are used to.
