Vodafone is close to 600 000 customers who had to previously travel dozens of kilometers for Vodafone services. With interest from franchisees and customers alike, this form of selling Vodafone products and services has exceeded expectations. In 2010, Vodafone opened 56 stores, kiosks or sales corners in all regions of the Czech Republic. The first franchise store in April, welcomed customers in Přerov, the last opened on the 23rd of December in Vyškov. "The intensive development of the network of franchise stores will continue next year.

In 2010, Vodafone opened 56 stores, kiosks or sales corners in all regions of the Czech Republic. The first franchise store in April, welcomed customers in Přerov, the last opened on the 23rd of December in Vyškov.

"The intensive development of the network of franchise stores will continue next year. In approximately one and a half years we will reach 130 stores under the Vodafone brand," says Martin Pejša, Director of Sales for Retail Customers at Vodafone. Currently, customers can find the Vodafone shops in all regional and most county towns; over the next year, the network will continue to vigorously expand to dozens of locations. Currently, customers of Vodafone products and services in the Czech Republic can purchase them at more than 5,500 retail locations.

Vodafone's products and services sold through partner outlets now capture more than a third of customers, and in two years this figure could rise to more than 40 percent.

In addition to traditional stores, franchisees may open a retail kiosk or sales corner, the so-called "shop in shop", for instance in the shopping center.
