Vodafone extends its offer on Internet connections with its tariff ‘Connect for 2 Days’. It will be appreciated especially by casual Internet users on notebooks. The new tariff is ideal for people who only occasionally need to work outside the home or office or want to take the Internet with them for a weekend to the cottage. For the two-day tariff, the customer pays CZK 75 including VAT and gets FUP 500 MB. The tariff can be activated by all customers who have already been transferred to the new customer system.

"The daily mobile Internet tariffs have become very popular with customers. Thanks to the expansion of our 3G network, the interest in mobile Internet on laptops is also growing, so we decided to offer a similar two-day rate, which allows you to take the Internet with you anywhere on a computer," says Paul Kuhn, Senior Marketing Manager at Vodafone.

The tariff, Connect for 2 days, is designed for corporate and private customers, with either a tariff or a prepaid card. It is activated for 48 hours after its first use. After passing the FUP of 500 megabytes, the speed is reduced, but the Internet still works and customers don't pay anything extra.

Vodafone currently covers 45% of the population of the Czech Republic with high-speed 3G signal. By the end of August this year, it will cover 60% of the country's population. In addition to the 3G network, customers can use Vodafone's mobile data connectivity over the MobilKom CDMA network, covering 75 percent of the population, and the 2G network - EDGE, which is available to 95 percent of the population of the Czech Republic.

Customers can activate the new tariff over Internet Self-Care, the customer service line and at Vodafone shops.
