Vodafone offers customers the chance to try eleven different packages for free for one month
From February 6, all Vodafone tariff customers have the opportunity to try any of eleven service packages for free for a period of one month. The only condition is that the customer is activating the selected package for the first time. The eleven packages feature favourably-priced packages for group calling, weekend packages, MMS packages, fixed-line packages, a WAP connection package, and Vodafone data tariff packages. “We want to give our customers the opportunity to see what works best for them without forcing them to make a year-long commitment,” says David Duroň, Marketing Director, adding, “The diversity of the offers enables every customer to choose the package that best suits their needs.” The opportunity to try the packages for free for one monthi is being offered to business as well as private Vodafone tariff customers.

The opportunity to try the packages for free for one monthi is being offered to business as well as private Vodafone tariff customers.
The offer includes these packages:
- Připojení na dlouho data tariff (data tariff offering several price ranges, the customer pays according to the volume of transferred data, prices are from CZK 200 (up to 15 MB), to CZK 750 (45 MB and more), with all Vodafone tariffs)
- Připojení na stálo data tariff (a new unlimited data tariff for a monthly fee of CZK 650 with VAT, with all Vodafone tariffs)
- Weekend calls (Unlimited Weekend Calling to numbers in the Vodafone network, monthly fee of CZK 175 with VAT, with the Loaded, Full, and New Generation tariffs)
- Weekend SMS (unlimited weekend SMS messages to numbers in the Vodafone network, monthly fee of CZK 105 with VAT, with the Loaded, Full, and New Generation tariffs)
- MMS (15 MMS to numbers in all networks, monthly fee of CZK 105 with VAT, with all Vodafone tariffs)
- Vodafone MMS (15 MMS to Vodafone numbers and to emails, monthly fee of CZK 50 with VAT, with all Vodafone tariffs)
- Friends program (calling and SMS messages to one to four numbers in the Vodafone network or fixed networks, monthly fee of CZK 175 to CZK 285 with VAT depending on the number of selected numbers, with the Loaded, Full, and New Generation tariffs)
- Fixed program (unlimited calling from mobiles to fixed lines in the Czech Republic, monthly fee of CZK 530 with VAT, for Loaded, Full, Tell Me, Talk, Don’t Hang Up, I Call Often, I Call Little, I Call all the Time tariffs)
- Off-peak Fixed program (unlimited calling from mobiles to fixed lines in the Czech Republic during off-peak hours, monthly fee of CZK 240 with VAT, for Loaded, Full, Tell Me, Talk, Don’t Hang Up, I Call Often, I Call Little, I Call all the Time tariffs)
- Extra Loaded (the customer gets 20% of the value of their tariff for making calls and sending SMS messages, monthly fee from CZK 11.90 to CZK 210 with VAT according to the amount of the tariff, with any Loaded tariff)
- WAP (40 minutes of discounted connectivity per month, monthly fee of CZK 50 with VAT – a rate of 1.25 CZK/minute, with all Vodafone tariffs)
The customer can decide on the activation of a selected package, through which they choose the number of free trial periods. From the moment of activation, the customer can use the package, which they are activating for the first time, absolutely free of charge for one month. Seven days before the end of the free period, the customer receives an informative SMS, on the basis of which they can decide for themselves whether or not they want to keep the package for the standard price or cancel it without any extra fees.
ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
In February, the offer will be accompanied by a new Vodafone advertising campaign called “Nepodepsal” (“He didn’t write”). The campaign informs the public of the fact that Vodafone does not tie its customers down with a written contract for a number of years and compares the purchase of telecommunications services (calling, SMS) to trivial experiences, like buying a hot dog or cinema tickets. A total of three television spots have been shot for the campaign, which will run for three months
