In all partner sales points businesses can purchase selected handsets and, at the same time, easily order all Vodafone products and services. A “red telephone” is part of every sales point; customers can use this phone to connect with a live operator directly.
“We want to be as close as possible to business owners; therefore, in addition to existing Vodafone sales points and our extensive network of business representatives, we will further expand our network of partner sales points,” says Martin Pejša, who takes care of partner sales to business customers for Vodafone.
Vodafone began to offer its products and services in the form of partner networks three years ago, initially for private customers. It now has over 4,500 sales points throughout the Czech Republic, where it is possible to acquire any Vodafone product. In terms of mobile phone sales, the greatest success to date was the Vodafone 225, which Vodafone offered at Tesco shops.
The importance of cooperation with partner sales points continues to grow. At present, over a third of Vodafone customers buy Vodafone services and products through partner sales points.
