Vodafone introduces an exclusive offer for its Facebook friends

Vodafone is the first operator in the Czech Republic to create a tariff at an exclusive price just for their fans on Facebook. Fans can choose from four packages of services and save from 186 to up to 215 crowns compared with the current list of Tailor-made tariffs. This offer applies to both new and current customers until the 31st of May. Vodafone currently has more than 111,000 fans on its Facebook page, Vodafone CZ. "This exclusive offer is a response to the wishes of our customers with whom we have a long-term dialogue on our Facebook wall.

Similar deals are being planned for the future and we want to adapt them according to the reception of this first pilot," said Eva Štípková, Senior Manager of Interactive and Direct Marketing, at Vodafone.

Fans will find the menu tab right on the Vodafone CZ Facebook page, where the selected package can also be directly ordered, or on the eShop pages: vodafone.cz/eshop. There it will be easy to automatically verify whether the user is also a fan of the Vodafone CZ site or they will be offered the opportunity to become a fan.

The fan can then choose from four advantageous packages: unlimited calls and SMS to four friends on the Vodafone network, or optionally use 'Internet on your mobile' or Mobile Internet Loaded, 20 or 50 minutes of calls and 100 or 250 SMS. Depending on the selected package, the fan can save up to 215 crowns per month.

Vodafone is one of the most active social networkers among Czech companies. With its number of fans (over 111,000), Vodafone ranks fourth among Czech companies on Facebook. Vodafone also uses its company profile to communicate on Twitter, where, with more than 3,600 followers, it's the most active Czech commercial account.
