Vodafone Czech Republic recorded a net growth of 50 thousand customers for the quarter running from April to June 2007. Since the beginning of 2007, the company has gained 112 net new customers. At the end of June of this year, Vodafone Czech Republic was providing services for 2.525 million users.
"The results confirm that our focus on the customer, including making our services more accessible by expanding our partner sales channels, has helped us maintain our momentum in the market," says Muriel Anton, Vice-President of Finance, Vodafone Czech Republic.
At the end of the quarter, tariff customers made up 52.6% of all Vodafone Czech Republic customers. During the first quarter of the fiscal year 2007/2008, Vodafone Czech Republic's average revenue per user (ARPU) was CZK 635 per month.
