Since September 2008, the Company increased its number of customers by 5.5 % to 2.984 million. Vodafone Czech Republic recorded a net growth of 49 thousand customers for the quarter running from July to September 2009, the largest quarterly growth in 2009.

At the end of the quarter, tariff customers represented 51.6 % of the customer base. During this quarter, Vodafone Czech Republic's average revenue from mobile services per user (ARPU) was CZK 522 per month.
