Tomáš Holan is named the new Director for online sales and customer care at Vodafone

Tomáš Holan (36) has become the new Director of online sales and customer care at Vodafone. He’ll be responsible for the development strategy and position strengthening of the online distribution channel and customer care for corporate and retail customers. “My challenge is to further strengthen Vodafone’s position in innovative online customer care, including broadening our connection to social networks,” stated Tomáš Holan when taking the job. Tomáš Holan comes to Vodafone Czech Republic from Czech Airlines, where he worked in various positions for ten years. Recently, he served as the Executive Director of Revenue Management, where he was responsible for pricing, sales, the online booking system and also the development of new websites and online marketing strategies.

Tomáš Holan comes to Vodafone Czech Republic from Czech Airlines, where he worked in various positions for ten years. Recently, he served as the Executive Director of Revenue Management, where he was responsible for pricing, sales, the online booking system and also the development of new websites and online marketing strategies. He also led the transformation in sales, in which he was responsible for the development of the call center, the customer loyalty program and the redesign of ČSA's network of foreign offices.

Tomáš Hola graduated from the Faculty of Air Transport at the University in Žilina. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family; his hobbies also include cycling and skiing.
