Over 100,000 customers have visited the Vodafone company blog
Less than two months since its launch, the Vodafone blog, which goes by the name Děláme vlny (Making Waves), has been viewed by over 100,000 unique visitors. Daily traffic is around 3,000 unique visitors. "We launched the Making Waves blog in order to get closer to our customers and to give them a place to express themselves with regards to everything about our company that interests them," says Eva Štípková, Interactive Marketing Manager, Vodafone, adding, "We are very pleased that in a relatively short period of time, over 103,000 unique visitors have used our interactive forum." In addition to a high number of unique visitors, the Vodafone blog can boast a total of 184,000 visitors and daily hits of around 3,000 unique visitors. Articles concerning the redesign of Vodafone's web pages, the Christmas campaign, and the sheep contest are the most popular among the blog's visitors.

Vodafone is one of the first firms in the Czech Republic to launch a company blog and thereby giving its customers the opportunity to engage in open discussions with company representatives.
