OSKAR’S TOWN - OSKAROV
Oskar will participate for the first time in Invex, the international fair of information and telecommunication technologies. Oskar’s exposition consists of 13 presentations located throughout the fairground. Each presentation is named after a municipal district. Together they form the town of Oskarov near Brno. “Oskarov expresses our customer relation strategy: to offer the best possible availability of our services.

In connection with its planned exposition at Invex, Oskar addressed potential Moravian visitors with a special offer. The first 15,000 people who responded to Oskar’s offer published in several Moravian dailies received a free ticket and an invitation to Oskar’s stands at Invex for October 11 - 13. In addition, they will get a free ride to the fair on the Oskar Bus.

Český Mobil a.s. became the third mobile network operator in the Czech Republic after being granted a GSM 900/1800 dual band license by the Czech government in October 1999 and launched commercial operations on March 1, 2000 under the brand name Oskar. As of August 2, Oskar had 100.000 subscribers. The Oskar network covers over 90% of the Czech population and over 99% of the main highways in the country.
