This year’s annual Credit Suisse Employer of the Year 2004 contest saw Oskar winning two important awards. Oskar’s Diary won the Best Compensation, Evaluation and Performance Management System category and received the HR Excellence Award 2004. Participants in HREA 2004, a professional HR conference held as part of this year’s annual contest, evaluated Oskar’s Diary as the best HR project. Like last year, Oskar was rated by a professional jury as one of the TOP 10 employers in the Czech Republic.
