OSKAR UPGRADES INTERNET SELF CARE TO GIVE CUSTOMERS MORE CONTROL

Oskar customers who use Internet Self Care can expect a pleasant surprise the next time they log on to manage their accounts. Internet Self Care is now more structured, contains lots of new functions and information, and above all sports a great new design. Customers will now have a better view of account balances and greater control over bill payments, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. On the “My Services“ page, customers sign up to receive free SMS account updates including Payment Receipt Confirmation, Current Account Balance, and Billing Information. Similarly, activation of Oskar’s FlexiRate service will help customers with Oskarta keep informed regularly via SMS about the number of free minutes remaining in their accounts.

The new Internet Self Care structure is designed to make it as easy as possible for customers to manage their own accounts. The main menu is divided into 4 sections: Main Page, Info & Entertainment, Oskar Bonuses and Help.

Internet Self Care is one of three ways that Oskar offers customers the ability to independently manage their accounts, including also Voice Self Care and SMS Self Care. Internet Self Care is used by an average of 21% of all Oskar Self Care users, and its popularity is growing steadily.

In early February, Oskar announced “On My Own”, a new service that rewards customers of 50, 150 or 300 Full tariff who agree to use Oskar Self Care channels exclusively in exchange for a 20% discount on calls made to all networks in the Czech Republic. More information is available at www.posvem.cz.
