The mobile provider now offers 50 free SMSs and 20 free minutes to any network to students who activate the Talk tariff. Oskar’s new benefits package is called “Call the Dorm”. Broken down into figures: for a monthly fee of 250 Kc, the package offers 70 free minutes and 50 free SMSs to any network each month. There is no need to sign a contract and the customer is eligible for a reduced-price handset.

In order to be eligible for the Call the Dorm package, the customer needs to prove his student status by producing a student certificate, an ISIC card or another type of proof of student status. Oskar’s apologies go to perpetual students as the Call the Dorm package is only available to students aged 18 to 26.
Talking about Christmas, it only lasts a week. But students can enjoy the Call the Dorm package for a whole year before they are automatically transferred back to the Talk tariff.
Another significant benefit of the package is the possibility to obtain a reduced-priced handset. In addition, customers can activate My Number One and My Family services and further reduce their calling expenses. However, customers cannot combine the Call the Dorm service with benefits packages from Oskar’s Shopping Basket.
Every new and existing customer who meets the criteria for the service may activate a maximum of 1 Call the Dorm package. The package cannot be activated for business SIMs (accounts with a Business Identification Number).
