Oskar holds its position on the WCA shortlist as it is nominated for a second consecutive year for Best Mobile Operator-EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). The gala dinner and awards presentation will be held on September 30th 2002 at the London Hilton Park Lane in the UK. Some of the world’s best-known telcom companies joined entries to make up this year’s World Communication Awards shortlist. The WCA awards received a record number of entries this year with a total of 180 applicants, across 17 categories.
