"One of the company's strategic goals is to become the most admired brand and most attractive employer on the market. Therefore, we have decided to combine two seemingly different departments and use the synergy that exists in Vodafone in order to achieve this goal," says Martina Wolfová, adding, "In terms of the company's philosophy, it is an understandable step since employee zeal with regards to their employer's values is projected in their actions, even outside of work, and has a considerable impact on the brand in the eyes of our customers."
