KATARÍNA BRONČEKOVÁ LEADS THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT OF VODAFONE CZECH REPUBLIC

Katarína Brončeková (34) has been named the new Vice-President of Vodafone’s Personnel Department. She is replacing Martina Wolfová, who is moving to the company’s Marketing Department. Martina is now leading the entire communications team, which consists of the ATL Division, Corporate Communication, Events & Promotions, and Intelligence & Insights. “One of Vodafone Czech Republic’s greatest strengths has been its solid foundation in communications and branding. Combining all communications divisions under one roof ensures full integration of marketing campaigns and is an absolutely key factor in making certain that Vodafone Czech Republic remains the most admired brand on the market,” says Martina Wolfová.

Katarína comes to Vodafone from T-Mobile Slovakia, where she spent two years as the Executive Director of HR, a position in which she led the entire personnel department. Katarína has been working in HR since 1998, mastering her skills in arranging education for employees, as well as ensuring their further development. She started her career working for Personnel Management Consulting, then working for the Slovak branch of Orange, as well as computer firm Dell, where she worked as the manager of the Learning and Development department. Katarína studied at the Žilinská University of Transportation and Communication, in the Department of Economics and Communications.
