David Duroň has become the Marketing Director for business customers at Vodafone

David Duroň became Marketing Director for Vodafone's business customers. In this position, he will be responsible for the complete marketing strategy as well as for new products for business customers. To lead the marketing team, he was promoted from the post of sales director for Vodafone business customers. David Duroň became Marketing Director for Vodafone's business customers. In this position, he will be responsible for the complete marketing strategy as well as for new products for business customers. To lead the marketing team, he was promoted from the post of sales director for Vodafone business customers. David Duroň has many years experience in top managerial positions in telecommunications and Internet companies in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Duroň has worked at Vodafone Czech since 2007 with a year-long break at the London headquarters, where he led project development and strategy for Vodafone mobile portals. Before that, at Vodafone Czech Republic, he worked as Marketing Director for Retail Customers. He was behind the introduction of new tariffs for mobile Internet as well as offering mobile advertising on mobile phones.

Prior to joining Vodafone, Duroň was CEO of the Internet portal, Atlas.cz. In the past he also worked in top managerial positions in the companies, GTS Novera and Telefónica O2 (previously Czech Telecom).
