Access your Seznam email account through Vodafone live!

Vodafone Czech Republic and Seznam.cz have concluded an agreement that makes email accounts accessible through the Vodafone live! portal. Customers can thus get quick and convenient access to their Seznam email accounts directly through their mobile phones. "Our objective is to provide customers with a fluid transfer between the worlds of the Internet and mobile communications and to provide them with services that they want and value. With this service, customers will no longer be constrained to sitting in front of their computers in order to check and send emails, or deal with a complicated procedure of setting up access on their mobile phones.

We want to be in contact with users not only through the Internet but also through mobile technologies in such a way that they can use Seznam services whenever they want to," says Seznam director Pavel Zima when speaking of the new co-operation.

On the Vodafone live! portal, email has the same user interface as it does on Seznam. To utilize it, the user needs to have the WAP service activated in their mobile phone. If they are using a preset phone that supports the Vodafone live! service, they will have very easy access to their Seznam email account. If they are using another phone, they can activate Seznam email access easily through the web pages of the Vodafone live! portal.

Thanks to the new service, customers get the following through Vodafone live!:

A preset email account that is automatically accessible through the Vodafone live! portal.
A simple solution without a complicated process of setting up their phone, which regular users who prefer simple solutions and transparent price policies will especially appreciate. Thanks to Seznam and the Vodafone live! portal, everything is ready for immediate use.
A highly transparent billing system. The customer pays a fixed rate, which is presented visibly prior to service usage. The fee for monthly use is CZK 45, weekly is CZK 30, and daily is CZK 7. The volume of transferred data is free without any kind of time or volume limit.
Excellent email presentation in a form that is suitable for a mobile phone.

How to activate

The customer does not have to activate anything; simply by pressing the Live! key they are connected to the Vodafone portal, from where they can log into their Seznam.cz email account.
